Zynhar (鑫海文化) provides a Chinese naming and cultural analysis service. We use birth details, naming preferences, order information, and support correspondence only to provide the requested report, support customers, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Payments

Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Creem receives payment and transaction information under its own terms. Zynhar does not store full payment card details.

Post-purchase details

The post-purchase form organizes your order number, payment email, birth details, and naming preferences on your device, then opens your email application to send the structured information to hi@zynhar.com. Do not provide a street address, identity-document number, or payment-card details.

Retention and sharing

We retain order and support records only as reasonably needed to provide the service and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the service or when required by law.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hi@zynhar.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
