By using Zynhar, you agree to these terms. Zynhar provides original, personalized digital Chinese naming reports based on customer-supplied information and traditional BaZi and Five Elements cultural interpretation.

Cultural and entertainment use

The product is for cultural, educational, and entertainment purposes. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice and does not guarantee luck, outcomes, compatibility, or future events.

Orders and delivery

Standard costs US$16, Premium costs US$39, and an existing Standard customer may upgrade for US$23. Payment is processed by Creem. After checkout, the customer must complete the post-purchase details form using the payment email and Creem order number. Incomplete orders remain on hold. The delivery period begins only after all required information has been received and verified. Finished files are sent to the payment email within three business days.

Refinements

Standard includes one preference-based refinement within 7 days of delivery. Premium includes two refinements within 14 days. Refinements adjust the tone or direction of the same naming brief; they do not cover a different person, different birth information, or a new naming purpose.

Acceptable use

You may use your purchased report for personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the product or its content.
